Shipping Information
Due to the public holiday in the UK our warehouse and customer service will be closed on Monday 6th May.
All express orders placed over this period will be shipped with priority on Tuesday 7th May.
Due to the public holidays our warehouse will be closed on 25th and 26th December. Orders placed over this period will be despatched ASAP on our return.
Your package delivery time will be in line with the DHL delivery service selected at checkout. See below for details.
Standard Delivery UK (DPD £6.99)
Fully tracked and signed for service within 1-3 working days. Orders placed after 2pm (GMT) may take an extra day's delivery.
Express Delivery UK (DPD £9.99)
Guaranteed next working day delivery if the order is placed before 12pm (Mon-Fri). Express delivery cut off is at 2pm.
Saturday Delivery UK (DPD £11.99)
Guaranteed next Saturday delivery if the order is placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri). Saturday delivery cut off is at 3pm.
Offshore Delivery UK (DPD £19.99) (Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland)
Fully tracked and signed for service within 2-3 working days. Orders placed after 2pm (GMT) may take an extra day's delivery.
An email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. On this email, we will include the DPD tracking number, this can be entered into https://www.dpd.co.uk/service/ to monitor its progress. Please note tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update. If for some reason your dispatch confirmation does not include a tracking code please call or email our customer services on customerservice@k-way.co.uk with your order number and out team will update you on the status of your order.

We ship domestically within the UK ONLY.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. If the shipping address provided is a PO box then your order will be placed on hold and we will contact you for alternative details, which has the potential to delay your shipment.
Your package will be delivered by DPD, according to the delivery service selected at checkout.

All orders must be signed for upon delivery and we cannot leave parcels in a designated area. If you are unable to wait in for your order you can pick it up from your nearest collection office depending on the courier company we use to ship your goods.
If for any reason you have not received your parcel within 7 days of ordering, please contact our customer service team and allow us 5-8 working days for us to carry out the investigation.
Please also be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.
